Shipping Policy

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.  If you have any questions, please email us at shop@travelingpendants.com and we are happy to help!

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing (depending on the time the order is placed). Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). All of our packages ship via USPS from Dayton, Ohio where we are located.  

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How much is the shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 to the US and $8 to Canada. If you need a package sooner, please email us at shop@travelingpendants.com and we will see what we can do!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we come to your city. 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Traveling Pendants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

My order shows it's been returned to the sender, what is going on?! 

If the tracking information was correctly delivered to you but it was unclaimed, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

PAYMENT

I forgot to use a discount code on my order 

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.

How do I enter a discount code? 

To claim your discount, make sure you hit the "Checkout" button and the discount code section will show beneath your ordered item. Input your code and receive your discount!  If you have any trouble please reach out to us at shop@travelingpendants.com.  

How do I cancel my order? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at shop@travelingpendants.com immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order canceled? 

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent.  Please email us at shop@travelingpendants.com to process your order.
